
Conditions:
Availability of Apartments - Minimum stay of 2 days
in low season and one week in high-season (Carnaval / New
Year). A 50% deposit of the total amount is required to confirm
and hold your dates. Deposits can be made by bank wire directly
into our bank account in the US or in Europe (you pay all
wire transfer fees). You may also pay with your
Mastercard, Visa, Discover, or American Express
card via Paypal.com or moneybookers.com.
Cancellation – Any cancellation made
more than 14 days in advance will forfeit 1 night's price.
Any cancellation made with 13 or fewer days’ notice
will forfeit the entire deposit.
Occupancy – The apartment
is optimal for 2 persons, but sleeps up to 4. Guests must
provide a listing of names and passport numbers of all occupants
prior or at the time of receiving the keys.
Handover of Keys Upon arrival, our staff will meet
you and orient you to the apartment. The keys will be handed
to you after the remaining balance and a security deposit
of 150usd has been paid and a passport or a national ID has
been presented. The security deposit will be returned to you
upon check-out providing that the apartment is in the same
state as you received it.
Animals - No animals are permitted to enter
the apartment.
Smoking - Smoking in the apartment
is strictly prohibited.
Fines - Guest shall be responsible for any
fines that may be incurred due to violation by the latter
of any laws, the convention or internal regulations of the
building in which the apartment is located.
